North Charleston Sewer District is the sanitary sewer provider for approximately 60 square miles between Summerville and the neck area of Charleston. As such NCSD reviews all proposed development within that area that impacts the sanitary sewer system. Included in these services is the review and inspection of new sanitary sewer connections for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
