The North Charleston Sewer District strives to offer a competitive benefit package to its employees. The District currently pays for employee coverage for health, prescription, dental, vision, life, dependent life and Short-Term Disability benefits. The District also budgets annually for tuition reimbursement.
District employees participate in the South Carolina Retirement System. Employees can also save for retirement by contributing to voluntary supplemental deferred compensation retirement plan (401k and 457).
