Breweries and Distilleries

Currently, we are in a data-gathering phase regarding the surcharges for breweries, micro-breweries, and distilleries. Breweries that discharge more than 25,000 gallons per day (gpd) are required to obtain an industrial user pretreatment permit. Please complete this questionnaire and return it to the Industrial Pretreatment Department Supervisor so we can determine how to better serve you.
